Named tests for Ulnar & Median nerve

EGawa test is for ULnar nerve and so is FROMents test. (Remember EGULFROM - ? Email from gulf :-)
PEn test (OPPOnens test) and POinting index test MEdian nerve. (Remember OPPOsite ME)
