Hallpike test and Epley Maneuvers for BPPV
The idea of animation using clay model works for complex tests and maneuvers like this one for BPPV So get hold of some clay and make your own clay motions for difficult to remember things. We had proffessors who taught us anatomy using multicoloured clay to highlight important surgical structures.

Toll like receptor pathway : Watch a cartoon
Ever thought immunology is so complex? Why don't you put your imagination into a cartoon and remeber the complexities of innate immunity better? The innate immune system is an ancient host defense mechanism found in almost every multicellular organism from plants to humans. In invertebrates it is the sole mechanism of defense against pathogens but in higher vertebrates constitutes the first line of defense. The role of the innate immune system is not an insignificant one; not only must it discriminate between self and non-self as well as distinguish between pathogenic and non-pathogenic microbes, it also plays an important role in triggering and optimizing the adaptive immune response. This remarkable system allows an immediate non-specific response against microorganisms whereas the adaptive immunity mounts a specific response against the invading pathogen during the late phase of the infection.

Medical terminology video song
This video above is a concert including lots of medical terms. It helps you to remember many terms. When you see this for the first time, it is better to pause on each term represented by a cartoon / clinical photo. You can revise the terms by seeing the video many time.

Body song video
The Body Song uses a kind of lecture form of text utilising medical terminology concerned with the horizon of bodily interiority. This treats the body as a kind of tube through which the nomenclature wanders, territorialising the body into zones of disembodied light (the Eye) and corporeal-but-sanitised filth (the digestive tract). The visuals present a kind of medical lecture in which the orator is eventually subsumed within and excreted from the interior of the corpus being illustrated.
Note: This was the 'blurb' from the "Liminal" interactive CD-ROM (2000). The video was made on a Mac in c.1997-8, using 3D animation and compositing, with footage shot in St. Petersburg, Russia. The music was composed by Glenn Rogers, performed by Alistair Foote, Penelope Reynolds and Samantha Podeu. Audio production by Alistair Dudfield. © Peter Morse 1997.

Glycolysis, Krebs cycle mnemonic video
Watch this video role play taking you through cellular respiration. Glycolysis is depicted by the "heroine" in a very funny way that you will remember the cycle stepwise with the structure of molecules involved, ATP transactions etc. Kreb's (TCA) cycle represented as "doll play". This is different method to remember the complex cycles. In case you want to download this video click here.

TCA / Krebs cycle - Video mnemonics
Do something or rather go to any extent to learn these complex cycles. Below are few youtube picks for remembering Kreb's cycle. Each video has made an analogy to help remember the cycle better. But in case you want regular mnemonics, check http://medicalmnemonics4u.blogspot.com/2009/11/citric-acid-cycle.html
Here's the first video - Marching band analogy of Kreb's cycle:
Taking one step further, here's the children's building block analogy to Kreb's:
Ok, how about a Kreb's Rap song?

Digestive system song videos
If you are a DJ, you will remember your lessons better by making music albums out of the confusing points. Take for instance the following two videos. The first video works with models of GIT with real actors and actress, whereas the second deals with medical animation mnemonics or medical graphic mnemonics with songs in background.
