Frozen shoulder: Sequence of manipulation

Remember FEAR: (The manipulation of shoulder has to be carried out in this sequence)
Flexion
Extension
Abduction, followed by Adduction ( Remember Ab comes before Ad in dictionary)
Rotations (Internal & external)
